　　　The soft-sealing eccentric flanged butterfly valve,newly developed by our Company,can be used for water supply and drainage systems in water works,power generating factory,mill plant,paper-making,chemicals and water source projects and the construction of environment installations,especially suitable for use as an ideal equipment for throttling or shutting off flow in water pipenlines.

Products Standards

1.The products are in accordance with GB/T12238-1989《General Purpose Industrial Valves-Flanged and Wafer Butterfly Valves》
2.The tests are in accordance with GB/T13927-1992《Pressure Test for General Purpose Valves》
3.Flange connection is in accordance with GB/T17241.6-1998《Grey Cast Iron Pipe Flange》
4.Face to face dimensions:
(1)Short boby is in accordance with the dimensions of long series of wafer butterfly valve given in GB/T12221-1989《Metal Valves for Use in Flanged Pipe Systems Face and Centre-to-Face Dimensions》
(2)Long boby is in accordance with the dimensions of long series of double flanged butterfly valve given in GB/T12221-1989《Metal Valves for Use in Flanged Pipe Systems Face and Centre-to-Face Dimensions》

Type of Actuators
Manual and electric actuators are available and selected by customers.For manual type.rotate handle wheel clockwise,the valve is close and vice-versa.

 

For Example:300D343X5-10 　　Butterfly valve with double flanges,long boby wormgear-driven,double eccentric,nominal bore:DN300,nominal pressure:PN1.0MPa,boby material:cast iron,sealing material:NBR.

　　When ordering,please specify size of the valve,material of the valve parts,nominal pressure,working pressure and temperature,max flow, max design pressure differential,medium,type of actuator and connection standard etc.
